White Chocolate Pistachio Blondies

You might want to stop whatever you are doing and make these blondies. I am not a huge white chocolate person, but these are insane. They are a good blend of nutty and chocolatey. I loved trying this new recipe and think you will too.
Serves; 10-12

Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 cup pistachios (blended into flour)
1/2 cup oil (can be coconut or avocado)
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp pistachio butter
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a square baking dish
Mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients separately. Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into your baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Top with a drizzle of pistachio butter and white chocolate chips!
