Walnut Banana Bread

Serves: 8-10 slices
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon (let’s be real I don’t measure)
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a bread pan
2. Combine the mashed bananas, egg, vanilla, sugar, and butter
3. Add in the baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix to combine
4. Stir in the flour and walnuts
5. Pour the batter into the pan, bake for 50-55 minutes, and enjoy!
