Sweet Cottage Cheese Bagel

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 bagel (opt for whole grain or sourdough)

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese (split onto the two bagel halves)

  • Handful of blueberries

  • 1/2 small banana

  • Drizzle of honey 

Method

  1. Toast the bagel until just starting to brown. 

  2. Remove and top with the cottage cheese and your fruit. 

  3. Place each half in the air fryer and air fry at 400 for about 3-5 minutes until the bagel is crisp and the fruit has started to caramelize.
