Superfood Dark Chocolate Bark

I know I know, there is not *technically* such thing as a "superfood". HOWEVER! This chocolate bark contains tons of nutrients and ingredients high in antioxidants. It is the perfect post-dinner treat or great for a mid-day snack! I love using dark chocolate, but semi-sweet would work as well.

Serves: 8-12

Ingredients

  • 1.5 bags of dark chocolate

  • 1/2 cup goji berries

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

  • 1/4 cup coconut shreds

  • 1/3 cup pepitas

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Method:

  • Melt 1 bag of chocolate in 30 second increments in the microwave until smooth (can also use double boiler method)

  • Spread the chocolate in an even layer in a pan lined with parchment paper

  • Sprinkle on your toppings

  • Melt the other half bag of chocolate and drizzle it over the top

  • Let set in the freezer for 1 hour

  • Slice and enjoy! Keep stored in the fridge or freezer.
