Simple Seedy Granola

The homemade granola recipe that I included this week is a staple in my house, and this is the most basic version that I make! It is super easy to add anything from chocolate chips to dried fruit.
Serves: 8-10

Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup flax seed meal
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil
Pinch of coarse sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 350F
2. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl
3. Add in your wet ingredients and mix well to combine.
4. On a lined baking sheet with parchment paper, evenly spread the granola mixture.
5. Bake for 10 minutes, mix to combine, and then bake again for 11 minutes.
6. Let cool COMPLETELY before breaking into chunks and enjoying!
