Sea Bass Tacos

Serves: 7
Ingredients:
Sea Bass or fish of choice
Flour
Eggs
Panko bread crumbs
4 Avocados
2 cups Cherry tomatoes
1/2 Red Onion
4 Limes
5 cups Coleslaw Mix
1 cup Greek yogurt
Tortillas
Butter lettuce
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Method
Cut the fish into cubes and pat dry. Dip in the flour, egg mixture, and panko then pan fry.
Mix the coleslaw mix, greek yogurt, juice of 2 limes, and a generous pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let sit in the fridge.
Make the guacamole by combining mashed avocado, 1/2 red onion chopped, and some cherry tomatoes. Add in the juice of 1 lime and salt to taste.
Crisp the tortillas on the stovetop or in an air fryer.
Assemble the tacos with the tortilla, butter lettuce, guacamole, fish, tomatoes, and lime to serve.
Ps. This would be great with some added red salsa or a Greek yogurt sauce.)
