Prosciutto Wrapped Brie & Apples



Appetizers can sometimes be the easiest part of the meal to make beautiful! These apple slices with brie and wrapped in Proscuitto are such a crowd-pleaser and take minimal effort. Appetizers are the highlight of most meals in my opinion (besides dessert) and these definitely make the cut. Try these out for your next event or bring them to your next party host!


Ingredients:

  • 2 apples

  • 1-2 packs of slices prosciutto

  • 1 block or wheel of Brie Cheese

  • Chopped Chives

  • Balsamic glaze to top

  • Olive oil to coat the pan



Method:

  1. Slice the apples into thin round slices and remove any seeds

  2. Wrap them in prosciutto and cook them on the stovetop until slightly browned

  3. Add the brie cheese on top

  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with chopped chives
