Peanut Butter Fig Overnight Oats

Serves: 1
Ingredients
1/3 cup oats
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 banana
2 figs
1/2 tsp bee pollen
1/4 cup walnuts
Method:
Combine the oats, PB, vanilla, chia seeds, and almond milk in a mason jar. Shake or stir to combine and place in the fridge overnight.
In the AM, add the banana, figs, bee pollen, and walnuts
