Peanut Butter Fig Overnight Oats

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats

  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 banana

  • 2 figs

  • 1/2 tsp bee pollen 

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Method:

  1. Combine the oats, PB, vanilla, chia seeds, and almond milk in a mason jar. Shake or stir to combine and place in the fridge overnight. 

  2. In the AM, add the banana, figs, bee pollen, and walnuts

  3. Enjoy!
