Miso Crunch Shrimp Salad

Serves: 4-5
Ingredients
5 cups kale
4 cups shredded green or purple cabbage
2 avocados, cubed
1 lb shrimp, cooked
1 cup chili-flavored peanuts
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
For the dressing:
3 Tbsp white miso
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 lime, juiced
Salt, Pepper
1/4 cup sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Method:
Cook your shrimp and combine all of the salad ingredients.
Mix your salad dressing in a mason jar.
Combine the salad and the dressing and serve!
