Mediterranean Turkey Burgers

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach

  • 1/4 cup chopped sundried tomatoes

  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta

  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Oil to pan fry

Method

  1. In a large bowl combine the ground turkey, salt, pepper, and cumin.

  2. Stir in the spinach, sundried tomatoes, feta, and dill.

  3. Add in the lemon juice and mix to combine.

  4. Form into patty shapes and heat your oil in a pan on medium-high heat.

  5. Cook the burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.

  6. Serve with the sweet potato fries and tzatziki!
