20- Minute Lamb Meatballs

I’ve been really into quick and easy dinner recipes lately. I get so inspired by Mediterranean recipes that Lamb has become a staple in my diet. This dish was inspired by a Bon Appetite recipe I saw on and knew I had to make!
Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground lamb
* 1 egg
* ½ cup panko
* 2 tsp cumin
* ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
* ¼ tsp turmeric
* ¼ cup parsley, chopped
* 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* Paprika salt
* Pepper
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 425F
2. Combine all of the ingredients into a medium bowl
3. Mix well to combine, but do not over mix (this will lead to dense meatballs)
4. Roll the meatballs and line on a baking sheet
5. Bake at 425F for about 10-12 min
