Japanese Sweet Potato Fries

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 Japanese sweet potatoes
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp avocado oil
1/2 cup Tzatziki
Method:
Cut the Japanese sweet potatoes into fry shapes and toss with all of the spices and oil.
Lay out on a lined baking sheet and roast at 415F for 25 minutes until golden.
Serve with Tzatziki and enjoy!
