Japanese Sweet Potato Fries

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 Japanese sweet potatoes

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil

  • 1/2 cup Tzatziki

Method:

  1. Cut the Japanese sweet potatoes into fry shapes and toss with all of the spices and oil.

  2. Lay out on a lined baking sheet and roast at 415F for 25 minutes until golden.

  3. Serve with Tzatziki and enjoy!
