Honey Chili Cod

This cod is the perfect mix of sweet and savory. There are seriously so many flavors in this glaze that I absolutely loved. The honey brings the sweet, chili flakes bring the spice, and coconut aminos bring the umami flavor. I paired this with my spin-off viral cucumber and pepper salad and it was perfect!

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 cod filets

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

  • 1 tsp garlic, minced







Method

1. Rinse and pat dry your cod filets.

2. Preheat your air fryer to 375F

3. Spray your air fryer tray with olive oil and coat the fish in a bit of salt and pepper. 4. Cook with the skin side down for 10 minutes.

5. After 10 min, add the glaze on top, turn the heat up to 415, and cook for another 2 minutes.

6. Remove from the air fryer and enjoy!
