Healthy Blueberry Breakfast Muffins

Serves: 8 Muffins
Ingredients
2 mashed bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/3-1/2 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup blueberries (I used frozen)
Method:
Mix the wet ingredients together in a large bowl
Add in the dry ingredients and mix to combine
Fold in the blueberries
Spoon into a lined muffin tin
Bake at 350 degrees F for 17-20 min
Remove from the oven, allow to cool, and enjoy!
