Gut-Friendly Salmon Cakes

These salmon cakes are one of the easier dinner recipes you can make that I can guarantee your gut will thank you for! They are perfect to add to a simple salad or served with your preferred veggies.

Serves: 6-7 Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 can wild salmon

  • 2 tbsp Haven’s Kitchen Tahini Turmeric Sauce

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard

  • 2 Tbsp dill

  • 2 Tbsp Parsley

  • 1 small scallion, chopped

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1/3 cup feta

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil for pan frying

Method:

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well to combine. The batter should be thick but moldable into patties!2. Heat 1-2 Tbsp Avocado Oil in a pan on medium-high heat3. Pan fry for 2-3 min on each side until golden and cooked through.4. Serve with a fresh peach and arugula salad, and enjoy!
