Cinnamon Toffee Cookies

I’m telling you, you need to make these asap!


Ingredients:

* 1 cup butter, softened

* 1 cup white sugar

* 1/2 cup brown sugar

* 2 eggs

* 1 tsp vanilla

* 2 cups all purpose flour

* 1 tbsp cornstarch

* 1 tbsp cinnamon

* 1/2 tsp baking soda

* 1/2 tsp baking powder

* 1/2 tsp salt

* 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

* 1/2 cup toffee pieces

* 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

* 1/2 cup graham cracker chunks


Method:

1. Add your butter, white sugar, and brown sugar to your mixer. Mix for about 4 minutes until fluffy

2. Add in your eggs and vanilla and mix again

3. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix to combine

4. Now add your oats, toffee, chocolate chips, and graham crackers. Mix just until combined

5. FOR BEST RESULTS: place into the freezer for 2 hours or the fridge overnight to allow the dough to set. If you make straight away they dough is quite gooey

6. Form the dough into balls and bake at 350F for 13 minutes

7. Allow to fully cool and enjoy! Thank me later ;)
