Carrot Fries

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch carrots, peeled and cut into fry shapes

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 2 Tbsp panko breadcrumbs (1 Tbsp cornstarch would work better)

  • 1 Tbsp Parsley

Method:

  1. Chop your carrots and coat with the spices and breadcrumbs

  2. Air fry at 425 for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through

  3. Top with parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce (I did honey mustard!
