Carrot Fries

Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 bunch carrots, peeled and cut into fry shapes
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp panko breadcrumbs (1 Tbsp cornstarch would work better)
1 Tbsp Parsley
Method:
Chop your carrots and coat with the spices and breadcrumbs
Air fry at 425 for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through
Top with parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce (I did honey mustard!
