Bananas Foster

Serves: 4
Ingredients
3 bananas
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp Dark Rum
1-2 Tbsp Butter
1/3 cup walnuts
Vanilla Ice Cream for Serving
Method:
1. Melt the butter in a large skillet
2. Add the brown sugar and mix until combined
3. Add the bananas, salt, and vanilla and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until each side has a slightly brown crust
4. Take the pan off the heat, add the rum, then put it back on the heat to a simmer
5. Ignite the rum with a long match and allow to cook until the flame burns out, then serve immediately
6. Obviously, serve with vanilla ice cream and any toppings you like!
